3.3You will be asked to provide your phone number when you subscribe for our paid subscription services/plans or the free trial. 

3.4Financial information: We accept all payments via PayPal. You can pay directly with your Paypal account. You can also choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase and make payment with your credit card. In this case you do not need to have a PayPal account. Your card information is not stored and is handled over SSL encryption. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

(b)account data and contact data will be retained for a minimum period of 1 year following the date of closure of the relevant account, and for a maximum period of 2 years following that date;

(c)usage data will be retained for 2 years following the date of collection;

6.4Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 7, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
